Umi Kulsum "Blora PKK Must Take the Role of the World ASI Week 2020"

INFOKU, BLORA - History of the World Breastfeeding Week (WBW), which is celebrated every 1 to 7 August, began with the World Alliance for Breastfeeding Action (WABA) forum held at the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) headquarters ), in New York, United States, in 1991.

This agenda is celebrated simultaneously in various parts of the earth. The mission of commemorating World Breastfeeding Week is to fight for the fulfillment of the rights of the child or baby to the needs of breast milk until the age of 24 months or more.

The global goal is to optimize nutritional health and the health of mothers and children.

The World Health Organization (WHO) together with the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommends that babies be given exclusive breastfeeding from birth until the age of 4 to 6 months.

This means that during this period, babies who are only given breast milk without other complementary foods. After 6 months, the baby should remain breastfed while receiving appropriate and adequate complementary food until the age of 2 years or more.

These habits are expected to be achieved by creating the right environment, awareness and support for breastfeeding mothers around the world.

With the theme "Support breastfeeding for a healthier planet" or "Support breastfeeding for a healthier planet".

ASI 2020 Week focuses on the impact of infant feeding on the environment or climate change and the need to protect, promote and support breastfeeding for the health of the planet and its people.

This theme is aligned with thematic area 3 in the 2030 WBW-SDG campaign which highlights the relationship between breastfeeding and environmental or climate change.

The World Alliance for Breastfeeding Action (WABA) applies a warm chain approach to working across sectors and levels to achieve common goals with groups working on environmental issues. Together, the relationship between breastfeeding and the environment needs to be stressed.

PKK Blora

The Blora District Family Welfare Empowerment Teams (TP PKK) as Government partners are expected to play an active role, especially for the development of toddler nutrition through exclusive breastfeeding.

Head of TP PKK Blora Regency, Hj. Umi Kulsum Djoko Nugroho stated, TP PKK understood very well the importance of breast milk for the health of infants, because infants who do not get adequate milk are prone to disease.

"It is estimated that more than one million children die each year from diarrhea, respiratory problems and other infections because they are not adequately breastfed by their mothers," Umi Kulsum said, Sunday (02/08/2020).

The wife of the Blora Regent said that the organizer of the diarrheal disease management program has long recognized that breastfeeding is a way to deal with diarrhea. Through breast milk will prevent dehydration and accelerate the healing of babies with diarrhea.

However, Umi said, most mothers in many countries have given extra food and drinks to their babies who are not yet 6 months old. In fact, many mothers stop breastfeeding long before their children are 2 years old.

Umi Kulsum said, there are many reasons mothers do not give exclusive breastfeeding. The reason that is often thrown out is not sure you have enough milk for her baby.

Another reason is that mothers work outside the home and do not know how to breastfeed while still working.

"Whereas exclusive breastfeeding is very influential on optimal health and growth and development of children. For this reason, exclusive breastfeeding is mandatory and is the right of children to get the highest degree of health, "he explained.

Umi Kulsum revealed the high infant mortality rate in Blora Regency, due to the Low Birth Weight (LBW) of less than 2.5 kg.

Other causes are undernourished infants and pneumonia. To reduce the mortality rate, the intervention of exclusive breastfeeding program is carried out 0-6 months and continued until the age of 2 years.

For this reason, at this week's ASI World Week, she asked PKK cadres to take an active role in increasing and succeeding exclusive breastfeeding coverage in Blora Regency. PKK members are also expected to become facilitators who can empower the community through exclusive breastfeeding education.

"Mothers must be intelligent, meaning that they truly understand that giving exclusive breastfeeding is obligatory for children. ASI is the right of children, because these children will be our successors, the successor of this nation to the healthy and smart generation of Blora Regency," he concluded. (Endah / Jay)

Ganjar Reveals Corona Cluster Transmission in Central Java in front of Jokowi

INFOKU, SEMARANG  - TheGovernor of Central Java, Ganjar Pranowo, revealed a number of cases of transmission of the corona virus that are considered prominent in a number of regions in the province.
Some of these include the Central Java Provincial ASN cluster, PLTU employees, and traditional markets in the city of Semarang.
Then the elderly home and police in Rembang, health workers and PLTU employees in Jepara.

As well as the Gowa and Temboro clusters scattered in almost all regencies / cities in Central Java.
"The prominent cluster is the ASN provincial government which started from his family.
Because (members) his family met and there was something positive, "Ganjar said in front of President Joko Widodo in Semarang last Tuesday.
Patients who came from this cluster, he said, had taken immediate action.
Namely directly quarantine ASN positive confirmed corona Covid-19.
Related to the police cluster in Rembang, Ganjar explained that he had coordinated with the Central Java Police Chief so that patients were isolated.
"The rest that we continue to talk to is the cluster Ijtima Gowa and Temboro," he said.
This new case cluster, revealed by Ganjar, was discovered after massive tracing and inspection using a PCR (polymerase chain reaction) test.
Separately, the Head of the Central Java Health Education Office, Yulianto Prabowo, said that related to the ASN cluster, the provincial government had a total of 30 sufferers.
"Everything is OTG (people without symptoms)," he explained.
However, despite being a source of corona virus transmission, the Central Java Provincial Government office was not closed.
Only a number of anticipatory efforts were made to break the chain of transmission.
"The office does not have to be closed. But the disinfectant has been sprayed and health protocols are increasingly tightened, keeping a distance and washing hands," he explained.
Jokowi went to Central Java
President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) said that locally based intervention strategies were most effective in controlling the spread of Covid-19.
This was conveyed by the President when reviewing Covid-19 Handling and Handling Command Post in Central Java (Central Java), Tuesday, (6/30/2020).
"Quarantine, isolate the RT, isolate the RW to isolate the village or village more effectively than we quarantine the city or district. This is more effective," the President said.
Therefore, the President hopes that all regions will use this strategy in tackling Covid-19 so that the level of spread of the virus can decrease.
"So this strategy is for us to use together, so we hope that there will be a decrease (reproduction of the virus) RT and R0," he said.
The President hopes that in July all elements, the central government, the regional government and the Task Force will work hard to deal with Covid-19.
So that the spread of the virus was first discovered in Wuhan, China is decreasing in all areas including in Central Java.
"And God willing, our economy can crawl to a normal growth again," he concluded.
New Normal
President Jokowi also reminded regional heads and regional task forces that in opening up new arrangements or adapting new habits, they must be based on scientific data and expert advice.
This was conveyed by the President when visiting the Central Java Covid-19 Handling and Handling Command Post (Central Java) at the Gradhika Bhakti Praja Building, Central Java, Tuesday, (6/30/2020).
"I entrust not to open up to a new normal new order but do not go through the right stages. Every time we make a policy, we make a real policy, please help with the name data science," said the President.
The President also reminded that not to be forced to open a new or new normal order.
If that is not feasible and scientifically feasible and expert advice, then new normal should not apply.
"Let us not venture into the new normal but the data is still not possible, do not force it to the stages, it must be carefully prepared," he said.
These stages include the precondition phase, from socialization to simulation.
After the preconditions then the next is the determination or timing of the new normal.
"The timing must be right. Don't let Rt be still high above 1, R0 is still high, we dare to open it, be careful not to make policies without a clear data science," he said.
After timing, the next step is determining the priority of the new normal implementation sector.
Is the industrial sector first, the tourism sector, or other possible sectors.
"But it may also still be limited if the capacity is usually 1000, yes 500 first. There is no need to rush because we are dealing with two things, health and economy, all of which have to go well," he said.
After everything is passed, according to the President there must be an evaluation conducted every week or fortnight.
If the new normal application makes a positive case jump, then it must be revoked.
"If the situation is indeed up, then close again, you have to be brave like that, you have to be brave to decide like that," he concluded. (Erfin / TRB)

The Experience of Doctor Galih Puspitasari After Isolation at Blora District Hospital

INFOKU, BLORA = Doctor Galih Puspitasari delivered testimony after undergoing treatment and was declared cured of Covid-19. He is a doctor at RSUD Dr. R Soetijono Blora who was intentionally presented by Blora Regent Djoko Nugroho to convey his experiences and messages to the community members in a press conference at the media center of the Covid-19 Blora District Coordination Task Force (GTPP) Blora regency, Monday (22/22) 6/2020).
"Let me introduce myself, doctor Galih Puspitasari, who has been busy reporting on social media, online media about medical staff at Blora District Hospital affected by Covid-19," he said opening the event.
According to him, it is true, that at first had a high fever above 40 degrees which was initially tired.
"I think it's because of exhaustion, but after I lived it last night, I was taking medication to reduce fever, but it's still high," he said.

Then, because he felt that he was at high risk as a medical worker who received PDP each time, even though the patient was not clear, the swab was negative or positive.
"But that PDP means that it has headed to Covid-19 so I have to treat myself as a Covid-19 patient too," he explained.
He was immediately isolated in the house, in the room, so as not to contact with family because inside the house the contents were all over 60 years old.
"So I feel that everyone is at risk of contracting. To minimize all that, during the first day of fever until the third day, I was in the room all the time, until I was stated to be hospitalized, "he said.
From the results of the first lab, he continued, lymphocytopenia and mild thrombocytopenia. Then the result of C-Reactive Protein (CRP) risk is being Covid-19. The results of the first chest X-ray are still within normal limits.
"Then a chest CT scan was performed, it turned out to be very typical to lead to Covid-19, namely the presence of ground glass opacity. That's very typical for Covid-19, "he explained.
Furthermore, along with the preparation of Blora Hospital isolation room, he was asked to be hospitalized. It is indeed a harsh decision to be hospitalized in the isolation room because you have to go to the hospital alone in a room that is 3 X 5 meters in size, without air conditioning, because it has to be negatively pressured so that the air does not spread everywhere.
1000 Facial Diseases
"I was hospitalized for about 11 days, and my total fever for 10 days. Feeling sad, disappointed there must be, humane, but I don't think it should dissolve at all. I have to get up, I have to keep eating even though I'm sick. So my symptoms are only fever and nausea. There is no shortness of breath, sore throat and cough, "he said.
He said that Covid-19 is called 1,000 facial diseases. So, there are patients whose complaints are fever and nausea turned out to be a positive swab. Or not even as symptomatic but the swab is positive.
"Because of this disease 1,000 faces are able to stick to a receptor that is familiar with Covid-19. And it is in almost the entire body, "he said.
If it sticks to the eyes, then the symptoms will stick to the eyes as well as when stuck to the respiratory tract or the digestive tract with symptoms of diarrhea. Including in the skin, the typical symptoms also exist in the skin.
"So this is called one thousand faces disease," he said.
It's so difficult to make a diagnosis because of 1,000 faces, so sometimes even though the rapid test is non-reactive, it is positive swab. That will often happen, because the rapid determination of antibodies in the patient is determined.
"At that time my rapid was nonreactive, I was checked for rapid on the eighth day. It's in accordance with the theory, which of course has formed antibodies, but why am I non-reactive, the possibility of my body not forming antibodies, the possibility of the condition of the body dropping so that a perfect antibody has not yet formed and cannot be detected by the tool as a reactive result, "he continued.
During his isolation hospitalization, he said, thank God he received positive support from friends and the community.
"That's because my friend is a medical worker, it might be different from ordinary people," he said.
He said, Covid-19 was not a social disease, it was an infusion of disease that could affect anyone. Indeed the highest risk is medical personnel and people who are in close contact with the public, for example Sat Pol PP, public service officers at banks, in the market.
"That's a high risk," he said.
Therefore, he added, the public was asked not to consider social stigma, so do not be afraid to be diagnosed with Covid-19 when sick.
"Follow the flow, follow all examinations as directed by the examining doctor," he said.
If, for example, Covid-19 is diagnosed earlier, the therapy and life expectancy will be better, rather than refusing. If it hurts, he said, consider ourselves Covid-19 because this is a pandemic era.
"Because this is not a social disease that must be ostracized, it should even be expelled, although thank God I did not experience it that way," he said.
However, he was quite moved and shuddered when reading the news that there was a positive that Covid-19 was expelled. There is a positive Covid-19, vegetable artisans do not want to go home.
"During my isolation at home, my family also experienced quarantine. Alhamdulillah, the vegetable seller is still passing by, "he explained.
Buy it, a vegetable handyman is in front of a neighbor's house a little distance away, then the delivery will be put on the fence, and with the right money.
"Thank God, for me there is no negative stigma or my family, but it is enough to creep with the news that many people are stigmatized," he said.
The emergence of this stigma, according to him, makes people reluctant, ashamed or afraid of being diagnosed by Covid-19.
Swab Test results twice
He explained, after undergoing hospitalization, he underwent independent isolation for 14 days until it was stated that the results of the swab test were consecutive negative.
"The total swab that I did for 67 days, as many as 10 times swab test. Had a feeling, why not heal, why doesn't this virus get out of my body, "he explained.
Responding to that condition, he had read the theory, the possibility that the body of the virus that was still left and the dead virus, was still left in the body.
"Even though the theory is not infection, but I still adhere to the protocol that I must be self-isolated until it is declared negative twice in a row. We do not know, the creature is small, we do not know will infect around, "he said.
He urged the people, every one of them, to deal with this problem peacefully because this pandemic was our problem, the problem of the whole world.
"Face it calmly, don't panic. Because if we panic we will be easily provoked. Face it brilliantly, every time you read the news, read carefully, the source is true or not. Or ask the news disseminator. Where do you get this from, "he said.
If you have Covid-19 and are currently in the hospital, please be patient.
"Ridho will be determined by God. Because I believe this is part of His provision. I became a Covid-19 patient because I was chosen from God Almighty to be a Covid-19 patient, "he explained.
Next is sincere. Because with sincerity we will be able to deal with it well. With enthusiasm, do not be easily dissolved in sadness.
"Life must go on. Life goes on. Covid-19 can be cured, in fact I recover after various conditions, fever, weakness, nausea. Alhamdulillah, I was declared healed as of June 16, 2020 from the negative results of the swab, "he said.
If someone dies, he said, because there are accompanying diseases that can easily reduce our immune system or immune system.
"So to fight viruses that are new in this world, need extra immune cells. That is why many patients died diagnosed with Covid-19, "said doctor Galih.
He emphasized that this Covid-19 is real, not a writing, not a news, but Covid-19 is real.
"Not made for a purpose, but the real existence, I was exposed to Covid-19 and thank God healed," he said.
New Normal New Life Order
For the community, in this new normal era, there is no need to dissolve in confusion and sadness. That is, he said, in the midst of a pandemic it still had to be active. Whatever positive activities that can be done.
"But this new normal doesn't mean it's normal. But living in life with a new normal order, "he explained.
Namely by wearing a mask, washing hands with soap or hand sanitizer, keep a distance when facing, about 1 to 1.5 meters. Then physical / social distancing, exercise, balanced nutritional intake, adequate rest and stress management.
"Because stress decreases immunity," he said.
Then stay at home. If there is no urgent need to leave the house except to work or buy necessities that are indeed urgent, stay at home.
"Especially those who have comorbidities, and children and the elderly," he added. (aaaaendah / KOM)
